Is the shoes genuine?
Yes! - all of the sneakers we sell are outsourced from UK verified retailers, none of the stock we buy we get lower than retail price.
Do we clean shoes?
Yes! - if you have an old pair you would love to bring back to life please just contact us!
Can I customise my own sneakers?
Absolutely! - as long as the shoes you're providing is brand new and unworn , we can customise these to save a little extra dolla!
Do you take on bulk orders?
Yep! - no matter the size of any job we are always 1 message away from giving you your dream personalised sneakers.
How much is a personalised order?
Depending on the work load, quantity of pairs and the base shoe you'd like to purchase this can vary between prices - however we do intend to keep as cost effective as possible for both sides!
How long is the process?
We understand you can't wait to receive the shoes you just purchased or intend on buying , however because everything is made to high quality standards , we do not rush anything, the ETA is between 2 & 4 weeks, within this time frame we source, customise and ship your order.
Are the shoes stain/water resistant
The shoes we customise are made to be worn in all weather types and can hold up some serious battles, however just like any shoe you buy they're not indestructible! - with the correct aftercare your custom shoes can last for years in pristine condition
Do you offer delivery overseas?
Yes we do! - some of our main returning customers come from countries such as the USA , UAE and Netherlands! , Checkout our international delivery HERE
Do you accept returns or exchanges
No - unfortunately we cannot accept any return or exchanges on your custom sneaker , this is because we source , design and ship all shoes individually and don't hold any stock until someone purchases something, the shoes itself wouldn't be returnable to the original retailer as they have been customised / painted on - we also wouldn't be able to resell any of the stock.
How can I clean my customs?
We offer care cards in each and every order we receive, so that you can have the full knowledge on how to get the most out of your shoes! - we advise to clean with just warm soapy water avoiding any acetones, or harsh chemicals that can destroy the design layers, PLEASE DO NOT PUT THE SHOES IN A WASHING MACHINE.
How do I know if my orders been shipped?
You will receive a shipping email to the email you used at checkout, ensure you input this correctly so you don't miss out on any updates! , if you do not receive an email check your spam/junk mail.
if i order the wrong size can I change this?
Yes as long as the order hasn't passed 24 hours you can change the size - we work only in UK sizing so make sure you convert your country's size to UK to avoid misconfusion.
